Electron apps are showing the electron icon when they appear in top bar or dock while running instead of their own icon. In app launcher they show correct icon when searched. How can i fix this?

i have a setup with a top and bottom panel and want to customise a new panel but dont want to lose my current panels. Is there any way i can save them or hide them to test my new setup?
