Bought my first blackstone yesterday. Bought a full, brand new propane tank to go with it. Doing my first cook tonight, and even with all 4 burners on high, it won’t go above 250°F. I’m not sure if it’s defective or what but it’s really disappointing. I’ve wanted a blackstone for so long and I can’t even sear anything. I’m sure I’m the problem, so what am I doing wrong ? Took me 40 minutes to cook bacon.
