I (41yo) had my first mammogram in March. I was given the designation as dense breast tissue, and tissue asymmetry and a mass on lefty was noted.

I had follow up diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound last Friday. I have a 10 x 17 x 9 mm mass, both macro and micro lobular with angularity.

I'm trying to not freak out while I wait until the 13th for the biopsy. BIRADS 4, no designation. I am a single mom with kids down to 6 yo, I have an incredibly stressful job, and I'm in school to further my degree.

All I keep thinking is that I don't know how to fit this into life right now.

(Also, the mass is named Benny, because this is coping)
