For some background: this year I’ve been taking lang, env mgmt, global, and history

I studied for all of my classes beside history as I already had a history credit from international, but the issue is my teacher hasn’t taught all year.

So I need to to somehow learn the content and paper formats (maybe not the format as much since I already took international)

For some background, I had severe sleep apnea when I was a toddler that almost killed me, I had my adenoids removed and everything seemed fine, when I went to my ortho at 8 or 9 my ortho said they had grown back but aren’t massive, around the age of 13-14 I noticed pretty bad sleep apnea and chalked it up to being overweight, fast forward to today I’m 17 and I’ve lost 100+lbs and still deal with sleep apnea.

I suspect it could be due to some slight mandibular recession, and some somewhat prominent maxillary recession.

I have a visit to my doctor this week regarding it but I’m not too sure I’d like to do CPAP, and ortho appliances I assume won’t be very effective at my age. Any advice appreciated.
