T junction on breast won’t heal
Can anyone recommend or advise how to support this wound?
I’ve been using silver dressing and gauze as advised by surgeon but it won’t close. It’s been a few weeks now.
I’ve seen a nurse twice now she did two debridements to clean out slough and make it bleed a bit to help healing. She confirmed no necrosis or infection
It doesn’t get worse or better. It just stays the same
