I found out that I’m pregnant and got a diagnosis of celiacs disease at basically the same time. Any advice?

Has anyone had implantation bleeding that lasted 7 days? It wasn’t a super heavy or light period, just normal. I tested positive for pregnancy just 12 days after the first day of my period

I ovulated April 22 and had intercourse. Positive pregnancy test April 27.
My period was on april 15
