Got shortlisted for dual degree from CAIR department. How it is different from regular PHD regarding research, coursework and the time required to complete this degree

So I have my PhD interview in IIT jodhpur on 8th May and they have asked me to bring the copy of Application form with me, but I haven't downloaded the form from the portal when It was open😭😭. I have my application number with me in my mail. What should I do from here, mail or call them now?🥺.
