CMA as high school student

Hi, I’m a high achieving high school junior. I really want to work as a CMA after my senior year and before i go to college. I understand I need to get a CNA first to get certified as a CMA. My juco dual enrollment has a hybrid course so getting the CMA would be easy commute. The CNA is a bit farther and harder to get to. Is it possible to challenge the CNA exam without any previous medical experience? I am pretty on top of studying and I think I could do it, I am just not sure if it’s allowed.

Md PhD

am a high school student and want to work in medical research. If I get my undergrad and then my Md PhD but don’t go to residency, can I expect decent job security/salary in research? Or will I need to go to residency
