I need a little advice for Xiao'guang build

Finally I decided to do something with the mediocre build I had on Xiao'guang and got lucky with some rolls. Two questions I wanted to ask if it's really that worth it to pursue those 2,4% of crit rate I lack and also if I should go for atk% on disk 5 instead of pen ratio? I run her with Zhao and M6W5 Nicole in DA and Shiyu
