Hello everyone, I recently received a call from recruiter and a day after a call I received a email saying my application has forwarded to manager for interview. It’s been 5 days I have not received any call or email from manager. This is for RN position in Sacramento. When can I expect to get a call.

I have applied for a few jobs at Sutter Health, and on April 21, I received an email saying my application is in the final stage of consideration. I never received any call or email for an interview. I called the talent acquisition team yesterday, and they told me I have to wait.. but didn't know for what.
Has anyone gone through like this? pls share your experience. will appreciate.
