Someone explain to me how Daryl Morey was fired by the Sixers after six years, taking the Sixers further than we’ve gone under Weltman, yet Weltman still has a job after 9 years of being either outright bad or mediocre? We should not have lost that series the way we did. Had this guy made even one decent move on the margins we’d have been able to weather the Franz injury. My sadness isn’t just from losing and watching Detroit play against a very beatable Cleveland team, but also from the fact that Weltman still has a job and I have zero confidence in his leadership
