Does anyone know anything about the job hiring process? I know you can get company internal referrals, which I did when I applied yesterday, but realistically, how long will it take for me to hear back, and what are the odds I get an interview with one if I have a semi-strong resume for a pretty competitive entry level position? I’ve heard a lot of differing things.
