I’m keen to start using Roon, will only be used with streaming services so assuming a simple NUC will be more than powerful enough but what do people recommend? Guessing there must be a £200 NUC or am I better off getting a used Mac Mini M1/M2?
I'm looking to create a small music setup and I'm unsure the best route to take.
I want to be able to connect the following devices:
My initial thought was get some Adam Audio D3V but I think I'd need to buy a streamer to take all the sources.
Then looked at the new Cambridge Audio L/R S but again I think I'd need to buy a streamer.
I was then wondering if I'd be better to forget Active Speakers and get some simple Passive speakers, Dali Oberon 1 and an amplifier (with streaming).
It's only for a bedroom setup so not looking for perfection.
What's the best options for something simple like this.............
