My son is a theatre major at a school in Massachusetts and wants to move to a school in NYC. He was already accepted to the NYC school and would already be there if not for the outrageous sum of money to get a degree. He has been involved in theatre for the last 5 years and has a great resume. The question we are pondering is if school is a necessity these days or is it better to just try and jump in to auditions and learn the trade that way. We want to support him but don’t know what’s a better way. Any insights would be appreciated.
