I checked in for our cruise on the 31st May ages ago but still can’t access my boarding pass. How soon is it usually available?

Are the theme nights published prior to a cruise? I’m on a Mediterranean cruise from Barcelona on the 31st but there’s nothing on the itinerary about theme or gala nights. I just want to know if I need to pack anything specific.
