In Division 2, you can test out your DPS and skills against these targets which shows total DPS when you finish the clip from your gun (or total damage over time)

You can also adjust the enemy tier type, from red type all the way to legendary type

They even having moving ones to test out the guns aim, accuracy and stability

Theres even a self damaging box which actually hurts you enough to 1 hp, this allows you to test out your healing skills from your skills or talents

The mobile version is flawless, touchscreen inputs are great and the game is just cozy beautiful

Absolutely worth getting if you have or havent played it before, this game will soothe and warm your heart 🥰
