I have upper abdominal fullness 24/7 a bit better when I eat low fodmap but still have the fullness. I get super depressed and weepy if I eat high fodmap foods. I don’t pass gas like normal it just builds and builds all day the pressure goes into my chest and throat and causes severe anxiety and panic attacks. I have constipation and incomplete bm’s.

All of my tests and scans have come back normal.

I feel like I’m losing my mind. It’s been 4 months of this. Just trying to see if anyone else with methane sibo deals with symptoms like mine. Thanks <3
