I remember this film from a long time ago, I believe it was mostly filmed in 1 old house in the middle of a woods.
They were trying to escape what felt like zombies, but I don't remember ever seeing them.
And it turned out eventually that it was an infectious virus that turned people into strong, fast, sociopaths.
