I've spec'd a 2026 Nautilus Hybrid, does my offer look sound?
Hello all, I test drove this baby recently and received a quote on a cash offer from a local dealership. Fabulous ride, and while I was reticent about the ginormous screen and lack of buttons (eek), I found that the interface is pretty intuitive! Love that I can dictate many (if not most) feature choices, using my iPhone. (My biggest gripe though is not being able to manually adjust the air vent direction...seems silly not to be able to do that on the fly, quickly.) But that doesn't overtake the appeal of the car overall. I find it to be a great value for the luxury and drive feel. Anyhow, the printed out the door price I was given for a Reserve III, including Rejuvenation, 28 speakers, the Jet Appearance Package option, 22' tires, and white exterior, was $76,500. That includes a $2300 discount off MSRP of $77,300, and a $5000 rebate after taxes/title. Planning to counter offer with $74,500K out the door. Does this sound like a reasonable counter? The manager flat out indicated that the price is negotiable. But I have no idea how much. Thanks for any input from those of you who are more familiar with this than I. This would be my first Lincoln and I'm making a huge (personal) concession going no-buttons lol. Never in a million years could I have imagined I'd consider a complete 180 on that after driving this one. :)
