Weight loss advice please :)

I’m 5’2 and starting weight is 198 in December and I got down to 186 in March. I’ve been doing measurements too and I lost about 1.5 inches on the waist, 1.5 on thighs, and 2.5 on the hips.

I’ve been stuck around the 186-188 for the last month. Starting this last week I began weight lifting and intense cardio. Going for 15,000 steps a day. My Fitbit says I’ve been burning over 3,000 calories a day not sure how accurate it is but some days I got over 20,000 steps and lifted heavier so it’s just hard to tell how much it really is ugh.

I eat about 1200-1800 calories a day lately depending on how intense my workouts are. I started creatine at the beginning of the week too. I went from 188 at the beginning of the week to 194 now :( I knew I was going to retain some water but SIX POUNDS. Ughhhh.

Any advice on this? Any supplements that help with that bloated/puffy feeling of the water weight that you’ve had success with? I just feel stuck at this point, any sort of motivation will help. Let me know if you’ve done something similar and what helped you not get discouraged. I know it’s only been a week since the initial big change but I just need some words or wisdom or advice.
