checked the sticky pretty sure its not the same as the pics so pls i need help what the hell did i do to my poor pan 😭

was cleaning it with baking soda dish soap lemon juice left it at 8/10 on electric stove for maybe 2 hrs (forgot about it) came back it was all burnt left these stains can i still use it or did i fuck it up permanently
