I was thinking of how the West Indies work and thought it would be beneficial if a similar model could be used for associates nations more so.

Obviously you would need strict criteria. Such as the combined population of all nations can’t be over 7million and be geographically close.

Oceania regions like PNG having access to other nations.

Jersey and Guernsey would be another.
