This is proof pretty early into acosf that Azriel has moved on from Mor to someone else.

This means Azriel’s feeling for someone were strong enough to give up on a 500 year love.

“Cassian couldn’t think of why” always cracks me up. Like boy…you observe it a few times throughout the book. I think you can figure it out.

(This happens well before valkyrie training just fyi 😉 LOL)
