Hey! I’m about a month and a half away from moving to Knoxville. I felt great after I got the A, but now I am starting to have severe imposter syndrome. I was wondering if anyone can share their positive experiences (no I don’t want the same 3-4 people copy and paste the same negative message on here I’ve already seen that enough).

I was looking at the retention rate and 4-year graduation rate that they posted on their website, and I saw the last graduating class had a 4-year graduation rate of 76%. This is insane in my opinion, and I was wondering if I should be worried about it being so low. I was comparing it to other schools, which I saw was above 90% for most. I’m really have second thoughts about this school after seeing that.

I narrowed down my apartment search to these two. The Elmstead is really new and has a lot more availability to choose the unit you want. The Chelsea is fairly new with less availability as there are already people living in most units, but I liked the amenities they offer. I was wondering if any current student has any advice when choosing, or if any incoming students were debating about these as well.
