Not losing fast, Help with Tesa/CJC nd/Ipamorelin

I have been on an extremely slow weightloss journey. I got custody of my dad and the stress added to my already stressful life... I ended up 215# last May.

I started with watching stress and eating more, and was losing weight. I added Tirz in Feb and Reta in March, but it is still sllllllooooowwww. Currently 170 but lost 6 inches in my waist and 4 in my hips. Damn visceral fat hanging on for dear life!!

Pulled labs - my morning Cortisol was 4.5x higher than optimal and causing terrible sweating, heart palpitations, etc. My testosterone is 10. My progesterone (even though I supplement) was 12. And my Estrogen?? Came back near 7,000. Yes thousand. And the dr won't do more labs to confirm. I am going to just pull them myself next week.

I have lost 3 pounds this week just adding NOW Brand Cortisol Support, so I may be on the right track... but we also have graduation and other events coming up and I would like to be down another 20 pounds by early August.

Looking at Tesa/CJC No Dac and Ipamorelin stack (12mg) and starting at 10 units (0.10 mL) ( 200 mcg Tesa+ 100 mcg CJC + 100 mcg Ip) with 5 days on, 2 days off, or should I start lower?

Anything worth adding or doing differently? Currently up to 2mg Reta.

EDIT - Adding that I am not supposed to be elevating cortisol, so I am doing daily exercises focusing on muscles (TVA, bringing in diastasis recti, Glutes) plus medical grade whole body vibration. Aiming for around 120 g protein or more, but in general I don't like to eat. on Reta, I seem to need some carbs, and I lose more if I add more carbs. I am about 80% Carnivore. Labs are all fine as far as nutrition.
