Help!! Found a deceased pigeon with a tag
Hi, I found this deceased pigeon on my property, and I found that it has this tag on it saying “JAPAN 2025, 319534” and I don’t know what that means or if they have a owner or something. Please let me know what this tag means or how to contact the potential owner
