Wedding gown VS Honeymoon Budget
I’m feeling torn right now, even though deep down I think I already know what to prioritize. I just need some validation, haha.
For my wedding gown, I had my dream designer create a sketch for me. He was very accommodating and open to all my requests, and I truly trust his talent. I know the final gown would probably turn out beautiful. However, I’m having a hard time visualizing the sketches, and something in my heart just doesn’t fully connect with them.
My budget for the wedding gown is 150k, but the quote I received is around 220k to 270k. I feel like that’s quite high for a wedding gown, especially since I also really want to make my safari honeymoon in Africa happen. Because of that, I’m considering choosing a more affordable gown so I can prioritize my safari dream.
I just feel conflicted and would love some perspective on whether I’m thinking about this the right way.
