More Bloodlines and Knights of the Sword Tower questions

So I just did a fresh install and just now realized my sub mods weren’t working as they were supposed to until now lmao. One big thing I noticed is that I guess for More Bloodlines is that Kings Landing is owned by the commander of the Gold Cloaks and the King just owns the red keep. This is cool, however I’m curious if there is any way to upgrade the city itself still or is it just confined to the Red Keep. It just seems weird to have the king be unable to have the Hand upgrade a holding.

Another sub mod finally activating right is Knights of the Sword Tower. I like having the kingsguard have more events, I am mostly wondering about the honor system and how it works. Like there is a modifier that says “unremarkable kingsguard” that I know goes up and down but is there anything tangible I can do to up their honor, or is it mostly event based and who I pick?

Is there any money/ lore accurate traits you add to characters at the beginning of your playthroughs?

For example, when I start a Jon Snow play-through I always add intricate web-weaver. A big part of Jon’s story at that point in the books is him scheming plots, like switching Mance’s baby, so it’s weird he starts with an intrigue of 0. Another is Stannis, whose biggest accomplishment is holding a siege for a year, and yet he doesn’t have siege leader. Finally, I always add a decent amount of gold for kings because the crown having only like 40 gold feels absurd, even the debt filled reign of Joffrey.

Is there any other lore accurate traits you guys add at the start of playthroughs?

I’ve been playing the AGOT mod for Crusader Kings 2 as Rhaegar and I realized how many different ways it could’ve gone. What if Rhaegar became king, won the rebellion, had Robert, Ned and Jon Arryn imprisoned AND Lyanna and his child ended up living. I’m curious what other people think both what he would’ve done and how the realm would’ve responded.

For example, do you think he attempts to move Elia out of the picture to have Lyanna as his queen or pushes for a polygamous marriage? Does anyone let him do that? Also does Rhaegar execute Robert, send him to the wall, or just pardon him? I feel like Ned lives because of Lyanna but what about Jon Arryn? How does Stannis respond if Rhaegar executes his brother therefore making him Lord of Storm’s End? Who is on Rhaegar’s council and does he take Tywin as his Hand of the King?

Just wanted to get other people’s thoughts because I thought the possibilities were really interesting. And please don’t just comment “uh he never would’ve won because he’s an idiot”. We all know he is, but let’s pretend he’s an idiot who lucked into a win.
