Riding about 7kph it completely just crumbled with my front foot, (I weigh 61kg)

So I’ve got 60 rad capsules and 50 nolvas
any help works :)
(I’ve used enclomophine twice but not alongside rad, plus I couldn’t get my hands on it this cycle)
