Pull/hook advice

Good day folks,

I recently got back into golf, and I consistently pull my shots well left of target with either a strong hook or a just a straight pull.

Can you provide some insight on what I'm doing in my swing that might be contributing to it, and what steps I can take to improve.

I'm planning on booking a lesson soon, so it'd be helpful to identify key areas for improvement I can discuss with my instructor/coach. Constructive and helpful criticism only please, golf is hard enough.

I'm right handed and swinging a 7-iron in the video.

Thanks!

Edit: re-posting with a video at 1/4 speed

The first one went straight and felt awesome. The second one is a more common result for me (starts left and turns left).

Thanks!
