I don’t know what exactly is going on but i feel so sad, sedated and/or depressed even when I take my medication at a normal dose and sometimes if I double my dose. I am chasing that activation feeling that helps me feel motivated and not sad. I feel like I broke my brain. I have been on Adderall for 7 years and never had this issue before.

Has anyone experienced this? I feel like my anti depressants aren’t working and I’m trapped. Anyone have any tips for getting off adderall? Is there any chance vyvance will work a little better for me? Concerta was terrible. I’m I feel like I have no choice but to get off Adderall but know my life will be so frustrating and I will be useless.
