Very weird experience last night. No idea if connected to afib or not. Was watching amazon prime and kept thinking the speakers were malfunctioning, I could hear a constant humming sound, sounded like speaker feedback. Tried messing with the speakers but when I turned them off it was still there. I then thought it was a car parked outside with some real deep bass music playing. I could really feel it in my left ear facing the window.

It stopped when i talked but was constant otherwise. Obviously got anxious which made everything worse. Heart was already going weird with an afib episode.

Its the morning now and i had it intermittently when I woke up but it seems to have gone now 30 minutes later.

Has anyone ever had anything similar? Or heard of anything like this with afib? Or is it more likely just a coincidental weird thing with my ear?

Thanks.

We booked a 3 month sit last year, sitter has just informed us they are cancelling the sit. One month before the trip starts. Chances of getting another sitter are almost zero at this short notice and for such a long time.

Has anyone else been through a situation like this? What are our options here? Are we just screwed?

So im laying in bed trying to calm my heart and body down. Beating lile crazy.

All i did was remember i had to put the bins out then move two wheelie bins about 25m and walk back. After the first bin i could feel my heart flipping out.

Crazy that such a minor thing can trigger this in me.

Went to gym earlier but thats fine apparently. But bins is the limit.

Have appointment with gp tomorrow to talk about meds. At least now i have an afib ekg to show him

How do you all calm yourselves down?
