KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in FMCG or Consumer Products in the Philippine market
- Strong Key Account Management experience (modern trade, distributors, retail)
- Proven experience in Distributor Management
- Strong Business Acumen (strategic thinking, commercial decision-making)
- Experience in both E-Commerce (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.) and offline channels
- Strong background in sales planning, forecasting, and market expansion
- Fluent in English
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute a market expansion strategy in the Philippines
- Drive growth across E-Commerce (B2C) and offline retail channels
- Build and manage relationships with distributors and key accounts
- Lead joint business planning, sales targets, and commercial strategies
- Identify market trends, customer insights, and growth opportunities
- Oversee product launches, pricing strategy, and promotional planning
- Optimize E-Commerce performance (traffic, conversion, ROI)
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations teams
- Manage forecasting, sales performance, and distributor execution

- Ability to drive measurable business growth
- Previously employed as Business Development Manager in FMGC Company in the Philippine Market.
COMPENSATION
USD 2,500 – 3,000 Monthly Gross
