First time at lollapalooza solo. Any recs on how to connect with people?

I’m a 22yo guy from Toronto whose friends unfortunately cannot go anymore. I was really looking forward to this so I doubt I’ll be selling my ticket. I’ve never done anything this big solo so I’m kinda nervous and trying to plan how this is going to go down. Does anyone have recommendations on how I can go about meeting people to potentially join? Obviously the last thing I wanna do is come off as creepy but I’d rather not be there alone. Thanks a ton

Tips for falling asleep on a long flight?

Going to be taking a relatively long red eye flight in a couple weeks and am looking for peoples advice on how to fall asleep on the plane lol. I know this question probably seems stupid but I can’t for the life of me ever fall asleep on flights and I don’t want to be feeling miserable when I land . I’ve heard taking melatonin is a decent idea? I’ve never tried it and don’t know if it would even be effective. Regardless, open to any suggestions!

First ever euro trip coming up and rethinking my itinerary. What do yall think?

Hey guys. I’m taking my first ever trip out of North America on May 1st. Right now I am set to fly into Madrid from Toronto, spending May 2nd-6th there, then head to Rome from 6-10, then Paris 10-14. Well, (as stupid as this may sound) I keep seeing Barcelona videos on my TikTok and am starting to somewhat regret not allocating time for there, or simply just swapping it with Madrid. I’m now hearing of some high speed train directly from Madrid to Barcelona which has got me thinking … is it worth it to cut the Madrid portion of my trip a bit short and head to Barcelona for a day or two? I’ve already booked my hostels and flights so I’d need to get back to Madrid by the night of May 5th . I feel like this probably is too rushed however I’m not going to be able to travel for a long time after this trip because I am starting law school soon and will probably find myself broke or just have no time .

I also don’t know how I’d change my Madrid hostel stay . I’m probably just spiraling a bit here but I’d love to hear some thoughts . Could Barcelona potentially be a day trip even?
