I'm 23F and my periods have been an issue pretty much my whole life. The longest ive gone without a period is about 6 months but that hasn't happened since I was 16. I don't remember when my last period was, I don't think ive had one this year and I'm beginning to get concerned after looking up some potential side effects. Ive been tested for PCOS but the results weren't "obvious" enough to indicate that I have it. Ive had blood work done and they said my B12 was low but that shouldn't affect my estrogen. I'm not obese so I don't think that's the issue. Any advice would help a lot, I'm just feeling a bit hopeless with the situation.
