Please sharpen up old photo if possible
My neighbor lost her cat last night and I’d like to get a larger print of the first photo made for her, it’s an old crappy photo but she said it’s her favorite. I’ve included a second photo if it would help. Is it possible to sharpen this up at all? Sorry for low quality, she doesn’t have the best phone for photos. I wouldn’t mind a different background for her either, $15 budget. Thank you!!
