Progressives notch win with Rabb victory in Pennsylvania Democratic House primary
Rest in peace to the narrative that young progressives won’t vote.

I am so unbelievably confused.
My congressman has been MIA for months, potentially with a serious illness, and still might win re-election because the Dems running in NJ-07 are having a mid off.
One of the most competitive seats in the country by the way.
The response to this New York Times piece has been sickening.
Special fuck you to friend of the pod David Frum, who said he contacted the American Kennel Club and they proved that guard dogs are not physically capable of sexually assaulting Palestinians. Excuse me? (For what it’s worth, the American Kennel Club said that Frum never contacted him and asked to not be invoked in this manner)
I don’t ever want to be lectured ever again about who is “allowed” in the pro-democracy coalition. Very telling that people who were the loudest voices denouncing Trump when he attacks journalists are suddenly nowhere to be found. Deeply illiberal and unacceptable.
…is being used as a justification by some in our coalition to respect the court’s decision in Virginia.
Blind loyalty to institutions and norms is a liability, and we need to be fighting fascism by every means available. Running it back and keeping our fingers crossed that the outcome changes is irresponsible and unserious.
We cannot be Charlie Brown, hoping that this is the time Lucy holds the football in place.
We’re out here talking about opening the Straight of Hormuz, when really we should be talking about opening bananas in daycares.
EDIT: I am having a bit of fun here. This is not a criticism of MGP or the positions she holds - it is just very amusing all the weird little niche things she feels passionate about. That’s all I’m saying.
He channeled his inner ASU frat leader and made Scott yell at him.
Also Kat Abuguhazaleh and Geraldo was there too for some reason? True nightmare blunt rotation.
Someone said she was dressed like Chuck D and I couldn’t stop laughing.
Who signed off on this? Why would she do this?
Regardless of what you think about Charlie, he would NEVER absolutely step in it the way his wife has.
I’m going to be honest, as an El-Sayed guy this made me like McMorrow more than I did previously.
The Michigan primary is getting interesting. Polls are coming out that say El-Sayed is winning one day, McMorrow the next, and Stevens the day after that.
Will someone drop out? Does the competitive nature of the primary play to El-Sayed’s benefit by potentially splitting the anti-leftist vote between McMorrow and Stevens?
