Hi! This is my first time running a marathon, and I'd like to train using Runna because I've heard good things about it (but please feel free to dissuade me--it is expensive!)
I just ran a half marathon (2:12) a couple weeks ago without any structured plan, but I know that won't fly for a full. I made a plan on Runna, but it gave me too many options and I didn't know what to choose. I was just wondering what you would recommend for a beginner runner so I don't get injured! Speed is not really a big concern of mine, I just want to cross the finish line strong and healthy.
