I had some drinks and did smoke weed yesterday for 420. I woke up feeling so tired, but I took a whole Concerta and I still feel like I’m bout to fall asleep. It usually keeps me really wired and awake. I know we’re not supposed to depend on medicine, but I was really hoping it would help me be more structured and focused today but all I wanna do is lay around.
