Strict diet (wasn’t hard at all) actually it was very pleasant to do not have food noise and being able to just live my life without worrying about NEEDING eat. Ofc I still ate but just when it’s time.
45 min of cardio 5-7 days/week + 3 days on the gym at the beginning, now I’m doing 5.
I did really low doses starterd on 1.5mg > 2mg > 1.5mg > 0.5mg them I stopped.
Starting at 1.5 was a mistake I should go for 1mg or 0.5mg once sometimes I got reflux at night when I lay down for sleep. Further I realized that the reflux was 100% connected to the timing and food choices I made on the last meal of the day. Staying lowcarb was the sweet spot for me, and it’s really easy to keep the diet when you have Reta on.
The diet + fasting was by far the most important thing. In my opinion starting low carb them switching to ceto them back to low carb again helped a lot to rapidly lose the first pounds.
Side effects: my hair started falling down in chunks on the 3rd month. I my caloric deficit was too agressive and I was not getting the right amount of macros and micros. I have changed my diet and stopped taking it but my hair still not the same, I do not have bald spot and my hair still good tho, just felt way more them I expected, But I think it’s easily fixable with diet and supplements.
