I've been toxin negative for three weeks. I think I'm realizing that dark chocolate gives me diarrhea. Not all dark chocolates but one I ate this morning with caramel in it did.

If I get behind on bowel movements and do something to open the floodgates then not even Immodium can stop the bowel movements that turn into diarrhea. I have to take 2-3 Welchol (Colesevelam) to stop it.
