In the copy I bought, the preface gives away the tragedy of Newt's death and his relationship to Call. Does this not ruin things for me? I'm a little upset that this would be given away before I even started the first chapter.

I'm excited about both Lonesome Dove and East of Eden, but which should I read first?

Yellowstone was badass. I haven't been so invested in a series since Ozark. What should I watch now?
