hey everyone, my shrooms began developing these black spots yesterday and now there are many more. Are they okay or is it fubar?

Hey, I've had this kit for the last 3-4 days and it's starting to exhibit that fuzzy white growth, I'm not sure if I'm supposed to be worried or not, is it mold or just normal stuff?
