Hong Kong layover from 7.30pm- 9am

Next year we're travelling from Vietnam to Japan and we've got an overnight layover in Hong Kong from 7.30pm, with our next flight departing at 9am the next morning.

I've seen a few threads on exploring the city at night, I'm going to have a 2 year old in tow too. Do you think it's worth it to try and hop into the city for dinner or something before heading back to the airport to try and get some rest? I've never been Hong Kong so would like to see a glimpse

GB Pockit stroller

I travel as a solo parent. In the past, in order to make travel easier, I travel with the stroller OR a suitcase, never both. If I feel I need a suitcase I take my son in a carrier. If I feel I need a stroller I pack everything into a backpack and a shoulder bag.

I'm going travelling next year for 2 months around japan and don't feel it's a trip I can forgo either a stroller or a suitcase. My son will be around 2 years 10 months at the time of travel. I've been looking into replacing our stroller with the GB Pockit stroller, as it can go on my back, to accommodate when I'm travelling with both.

Does anyone have any other ideas or stroller recommendations?

Thank you
