Starting fresh yet again at 27

I've posted here numerous times. Think I'm starting fresh yet again at 27. I've never had a girlfriend let alone much exprerience with women tbh, own a house but got broken financially and had to move back to my parents for a while. Trying to get other jobs but feel I picked the wrong career path. Intended to box but now thought what is the point am I just proving it to others so I'm now thinking BJJ and weights. I've lied alot about my past tbh. Going to try start fresh yet again.

Hi guys I'm 27 and have lifted for ten years. I've dabbled with martial arts before between boxing, bjj and K1. I'd plans to box but also thought the oldest in our club is 18 years old and while the coach is great it does feel depressing for me tbh. I'd also thought on doing bjj sprinkled in with some boxing here and there because bjj has more folk our age and also would complement my lifting more. I'm giving myself two weeks to decide as I'm boxing one day then bjj class the other. Have any you folks found yourselves in this position? I stupidly told people I would have boxing fights ffs but realised too that life is short so pick something I enjoy too that will benefit my personal life

Hi guys I'm 27

I was bullied badly in school and grew up being crap at sports. At 17 I started lifting weights and it gained respect from folk who bullied me. Though since about my mid 20s its been in me that I need to learn to properly fight tbh. I admit I hate the thought of it, I'm good at pushing through pain in the gym but when there's opposition I crap myself lol. I joined a boxing club in my hometown last month and had an exhibition fight a few nights ago. I liked the adrenahline of it. I'm unsure to stick with boxing even for a year or to do just weights and jujitsu. I'll not lie, weights is my comfort zone and I like looking jacked tbh, though the fact the club is in my hoemtown kinda sucks as it makes me think has much changed in 10 years but also the coach would look after me lol. Any tips?
