Runtime Changes to Toy Story 2? (2010/2019)

As I've said many times here, I'm working on a book or YouTube series about the history of Pixar. Currently, one of the only Blu-rays I don't have that I think is necessary is Toy Story 2 (I have the 2010 DVD, though I think the runtime between DVD and Blu-ray is a little different?)

When the DVD and Blu-ray were re-released in 2019, an outtake involving Stinky Pete was cut in light of the #MeToo movement and its ties to director John Lasseter. My question is, does this change the runtime of the film or its audio commentary between the two releases? Asking for citation-based purposes and deciding what version to buy.

Good external Blu-ray drive on Amazon?

Basically what the title says. I'm looking for an external drive to play standard Blu-rays and DVDs, nothing 4K. Everything I can find on Amazon has high reviews, but the negative ones are so bad they scare me away. I've read that a lot don't work, and if they do, they die quickly. Even worse, there are some who've said they were sent someone else's broken return, or they couldn't get ahold of Amazon or the seller for a refund or return. Got any advice to keep from having nothing to show for it?

This feels impossible

I've been trying and trying to find good Blu-ray drives on Amazon, just to rip standard Blu-rays and DVDs, but it's flooded with $70+ third-party sellers with high reviews to drown out the ones that basically say "Avoid like the plague" or "got sent someone's defective return" and "can't contact anyone about a refund/return."

I'm in a rural area. There's nowhere to get this kind of stuff, and these reviews scare me from getting anything Amazon recommends. I really don't know how you guys manage to do it, and would appreciate some pointers so I don't end up screwed nothing to show for it but a Chinese bootleg seller who took my gift cards and ran.

Amazon Blu-ray drives or capture cards

So, I finally have $112 in Amazon gift card balance, and I'd like to rip my Blu-rays and DVDs to make documentaries someday, but I'm not sure where to go. Everything plays in my regular player fine, so maybe a capture card, if the drives on Amazon are as finicky as I've heard. Then again, people are always more likely to leave negative reviews than positive ones, so... I don't know what to do, I've never captured/ripped anything before.
