On BearTracks it says that registration starts today, but is that just the planning? Or is it also fully registering for classes?

I'm just a little confused because I went to talk to an academic advisor and it seemed like she said the planner AND legistration starts today, but I've seen another post on here saying that it's just the planning, and registration starts in a week.
