Help. I feel horrible. I was told my ferritan was too low and have been taking iron biglycinate for about a month. I just got my results and my ferritan came up from 24 to 38. But my creatinine jumped from low normal to too high. And my GFR went from 87 to 62. The endo does nothing. My TSH went up from .98 I felt good to 1.47. Not bad. My free t4 went from 1.6. Felt good to 1.34. Feel horrible and my fee t3 is holding at 2.9. I tried adding in t3 meds but make me feel horrible. I’m taking 100 levothyroxin I think is poison. I think 112. Is what I need. I walk around freezing and off. Joint pain constipated. Depressed. Gaining weight. I just cry. I was healthy. And don’t know where all this is coming from. I was on np thyroid and felt horrible but my kidneys and iron looked good. Any thought would be appreciated.

I have Hashimotos for 12 years and still struggle. My TSH is .98. Free t4 1.7 and free t3 2.8. My ferritan is 28. And low saturation. But b and d are good. I’m taking Levothyroxin 100 and iron supplements. It’s six weeks and I’m having anxiety attacks and panic attacks. Sweating at nite. I feel off. No energy. I’m gluten and dairy free. Any suggestions would help.
