Very specific question about transferring
So I currently work at a very small target in a college town. I know we do things a little bit differently compared to what I’ve heard about the regular size targets. I’ve always done inventory at the bigger locations and the way they do things is definitely different.
I really want to transfer to North Carolina, specifically the Raleigh area. I’ve been looking at locations and the one on Hillsboro st looks small like mine. Does anyone know if it would work the same way? I know it’s a long shot but I’m curious because I love being able to jump to different departments and hoping I can transfer somewhere that also does that. Everyone at my store is cross trained and it makes it more enjoyable cause I’m not doing the same thing every day. I really like my location right now and I’m hoping to find a location that will keep me happy
