LOOKING FOR BUSINESS PARNTERS/PARTNER

Hi, for a while now I have been contemplating on starting a marketing agency, I have a background in Marketing with over 3 years experience and my vision and plan is to have a marketing agency that not only caters to the Zambian market but to africa as a whole.

I specialize in Digital Marketing, Copy writing and Social media management among other things. I am a 24 year old female based in Lusaka. Lusaka based business partner/partners would be more suitable.

I am looking for people that are proactive and not timid when it comes to talking to people, and closing deals and people who is not shy of speaking infront of a camera.

If you have interest in Marketing and would like to be a part of something great, let's connect and start this journy together.

Life is hard

A little over 9 months ago I quit my job in pursuit of something better but it turned out to be a worst nightmare, the job required me to work from 06 to 22hrs and within those hours I had to send 30 min reports of what I have done and 5 min check ins of what I am currently doing. It was stressful but I managed to push through until I lost a very close famil member and I asked for some compassionate leave even for 2 days and I was denied with the explanation of "work must continue", I quit the same day because I was not in the right head space to work.

Fast forward since then I have been applying to so many jobs and I have attented a few interviews but to no avail. I fell into depression and sought counselling I cried almost everyday, I had periods where I was optimistic and hopeful but sometimes I fall back into depression. I can't help it feel like I am a failure, I had a really good and stable job and income. Life doesn't make sense right now, I have prayed time and time again. I am tired

What's one way you stay optimistic? Because jobs are hard to find in zambia and businesses take time until they start to take off. How can one earn some income though?

JOB HUNTING IN ZAMBIA

I have been job hunting for the past 9 months, I have attended a few interviews here and there but it did not lead to me being given an offer. Job gunting has been emotionally draining and mentally exhausting. It somehow feels like a humiliation ritual. I was recently invited for an interview at a very prestigious company here in Zambia well known for organising big events around the country and I first went through the oral interview process which after I was given a written interview test which involved me answering situational based questions. I thought my interview went well but to my suprise two weeks went by and I wasn't called, however I decided to check their social media pages.

I found that they had used some of my ideas for their social media content, this was very upsetting and I feel companies should stop doing this.

I am currently looking for a role in Marketing, it could be part time, or full time I don't mind. I would appreciate anything because I am currently trying to pursue my Barchelors degree in Marketing, I currently have a diploma in Marketing and 3 years of experience.

Would anyone happen to know where I can apply to apart from the normal job boards like go zambia jobs?
